Leasa, Director of Nursing
Leasa received her RN from St. Luke's College of Nursing in Iowa in 2007 and her BS in Nursing from Dordt College in Iowa in 2008. She is originally from Pella, Iowa and moved to Northern Colorado with her family after spending 7 years working in critical care as a nurse. She joined the Alpha Center team in 2015.
Melissa, Nurse Manager
Melissa received her RN from Everett Community College in Washington State in 2010 and her BS in Nursing from the University of Washington in 2014. Originally from Washington State, she moved to Fort Collins with her family in pursuit of sunshine. She has 7 years of experience working in emergency nursing in WA and CO. She joined the Alpha Center team in 2017.
Holly, Nurse Practitioner
Holly (FNP-C) was born and raised in Fort Collins and graduated from Rocky Mountain High School. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado. She worked at Poudre Valley Hospital on the Women and Family Support Team working in the NICU, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care Unit and Pediatrics for 9 years. She then returned to school at the University of Cincinnati and got a master's degree as a nurse practitioner and graduated in 2013. She started at Alpha Center in 2018.
Amanda, Staff Nurse
A Colorado native, Amanda went to nursing school at the University of Colorado at Denver, graduating in 2012 with her BS in Nursing. Prior to that, she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated in 2009 with her bachelor's in psychology. She spent her first five years in nursing working in acute care for spinal cord injury rehabilitation at Craig Hospital. She started at Alpha Center in February 2016.
